Our vision is to create a process where individuals feel validated for their beliefs/wants/needs, and where they participate in a peaceful discussion where all disputants achieve a satisfactory and fair settlement to their grievances.

We strongly believe in the effectiveness and value of the mediation process. Our goal as mediators is to serve as a neutral third party and direct a discussion in which all participants achieve a satisfactory and fair settlement to their grievances. Our prior experience in family therapy and administration leads us to believe that families/work/school environments that resolve disputes peacefully provide a safe environment for all involved to develop into healthy, productive citizens, family members, and co-workers.
